As a past Virgin guest, you have the opportunity to refer others who have not yet sailed or booked Virgin. If you do, you will receive an access key for $150 bar tab on your next voyage, whether or not you have already booked your next sailing. The person you refer will also receive $150 bar tab on their first Virgin Voyage if they get the key and use it when making their first booking. Here are the details:
 

1. To refer someone who has never sailed or booked Virgin, you need to enter your email address at this website.
2.  It is important to use the email address you used to register with Virgin.
3.  You will get a link to share with your friend. The email they register with must be the one they link to their Virgin account.
4.  When their booked voyage date is 45 days away and paid in full, you’ll receive an email with an exclusive Access Key you can use to redeem your $150 Bar Tab your next voyage.

IMPORTANT: Virgin's current system works very well for the person getting the referral. However, it is very problematic for the person making the referrer getting their credit. We try to give out more referrals than needed as a result. We will work hard to get you the referral credits you deserve but please know we are not always successful with Virgin in getting them applied. Please make referrals to others directly to others to improve your chances.

More Information:

• While you and the referred person can sail on the same voyage, you cannot be sharing a cabin.
• You can use this with the use of a My Next Virgin Voyage (MNVV) placeholder but the person referred cannot. 
• This can be combined with most public promotions.
•  If you already have a booking you want to apply the Bar Tab, we can help you apply the access key to get your Bar Tab once you get it.
• The access keys will not work with lock-it-in cabins, resident rates, military/first responder rates, casino rates, Interline Rates and all other tactical offers.
• There is no maximum number of referrals you can make, but you are limited to using two access keys per sailing. ($300 bar tab maximum) 
• All access keys are valid for 12 months.
• On any voyage you can use up to two access keys for a total of $300 bar tab.

• If you send us your referral code, we will share it with people new to Virgin on your behalf.
• Once you get an email with the access code, to apply it to an existing booking you must fill out this form to use it. Be sure to check your spam filter and make sure you have not disabled Virgin promotional emails in your account.

What Your Friend Does

To use the code your friend simply needs to use your referral code link and receive an access key (a long number usually starting in RAS) and apply it at the time of booking. Later is too late. They can book directly, with another advisor, or call Virgin with the key.

To get the code, they must use the referral link before making a booking or hold.
